Brian Fox is the Community School Coordinator for Mission High School and a Community School Specialist for the San Francisco Unified School District. Brian has directed San Francisco Peer Resources, a school based youth leadership program in twenty schools, administered the Public Engagement Enrichment Funds (Proposition H) for SFUSD, and founded the Postsecondary Success Initiative with the San Francisco Education Fund in partnership with SFUSD, the City of San Francisco, the Citi Foundation, City College of San Francisco, and San Francisco State University.
A Bay Area native, Eric Guthertz is the Mission High School Principal. He began teaching English at Mission High School thirteen years ago and has served as the English Department Chair and Assistant Principal. Guthertz earned his Bachelor Degree in English Literature and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of California at Los Angeles. He's a graduate of the Stanford Principal’s Fellowship Program and was a recipient of the 2013 Dream Catcher Award for his support of arts education.
Mary Finn has worked in education as a teacher and administrator for the past 16 years. Mary currently works as the SFUSD Program Administrator for College and Career Readiness. She manages the District’s AVID program which serves as a support and resource for students who are the first in their families to attend college. In addition to her work in SFUSD, Mary founded and runs Polis, a liberal arts focused, adult education program for Bay Area adults.
Zac Fisher is a management consultant providing strategic services to companies in the education, technology and media spaces. An avid chef, bicyclist and musician on all woodwinds, he lives just up the hill with his wife and teenage son.
A long-time resident of the Mission, Stephen has held executive positions in marketing, strategy, product management, and business development at some of the world’s most innovative technology, transportation, and entertainment companies. He is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Production Resource Group.
Tyson is an entrepreneur, product guy and software engineer raising three sons in the Mission. Tyson is the founder of Mission Bit, a non-profit with a unique computer programming pathway model that empowers youth with programming education experiences and professional opportunities.
